On Agios Spyridonas, the shallowest and calmest sandy beach of the island, only a breath away from Chora, Theologos is at once a restaurant, a bar and a haven of shade. Right next to the water, with a view that needs no filter.

Mornings start at 08:30 with breakfast and brunch: fresh juices, coffee and homemade flavours. At noon the tables are set under the pergola for lunch and snacks by the sea, and through the afternoon the bar takes over with cocktails, cold drinks and company that lingers.

And because summer is not measured in hours: cheap sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach and free parking for those arriving by car. You bring the appetite, the Aegean does the rest.
